Prudence Eiland
Prudence spent her early career in the financial services industry and quickly advanced as a senior banker in San Francisco.  After joining a private bank in the Central Valley of California, she decided to form a company specializing in help for small business.

Prudence earned her Undergraduate and Master's degrees from Stanford University.

Prudence has been active in a number of professional and charitable organizations including the Hanford Chamber of Commerce and the Valley Children's Hospital Guild.

Prudence provides financial and accounting help and treats her clients with respect and integrity.

Don Eiland
Don spent 30 years in the banking business and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of San Francisco before he and Prudence formed The Business Doctors, Inc. to provide services to small business owners.  His experience as CEO of small and medium sized banks has become invaluable in helping clients make intelligent financial decisions and ethically minimize tax liability.

Don earned his Master's degree from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. 

Don has been active in many community organizations including the Hanford Chamber of Commerce, Hanford Rotary and has spent many years as a little league, junior high school and high school baseball coach.

Don and Prudence joined forces in 1987 to form The Business Doctors, Inc. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their clients.

Henry Eiland
Henry joined the firm in 2014 and specializes in tax management and preparation.  He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Pacific. Henry is a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP)
